CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds may be requested by calling 303-620-8093 during 8 a.m-5 p.m., Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Refunds will be made in full if requested before applicable deadlines.

DEADLINES FOR EVENTS REFUNDS

Individual tickets/table sales for program and events: 72 hours in advance of event

Business Before/After Hours featured exhibitors: 1 week prior to event

Colorado Business MarketPlace exhibitors: 2 weeks prior to event

Golf tournament: 5 days prior to date of play
*In case of extreme inclement weather (including but not limited to storms and lightening) and the course is deemed unplayable by the golf pro, the tournament will be rescheduled.
