Step One – Determine Eligibility
Chamber Health Plus is for fully insured employers with 51 to 300 employees.
Chamber Health Plus is a new program, and its first phase is targeted at mid-sized employers. We are committed to developing a Chamber Health Plus program for employers with fewer than 51 employees. After all, small business represents a large portion of the Chamber’s diverse membership base, and it’s our goal to offer health and wellness programs for all members. Please contact Julie Mansfield at 303-620-8051 to learn more about other discounts and programs available for small employers through the Chamber of Commerce.
Step Two – Join the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce
Participating companies must be Gold Access members of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce. To learn more about Chamber membership, visit our Membership page or call Julie Mansfield at 303-620-8051.
Step Three – Contact a Select Broker
Chamber Health Plus is only available through Select Brokers. A Select Broker can explain the concept in more detail and help determine whether the program is right for your business. Visit the Select Brokers to contact an authorized broker.
Step Four – Get a Quote
Work with your Select Broker to get a CHP quote. Your broker can explain all of Anthem’s health plan options.
Step Five – Enrollment
Your Select Broker will guide you through the enrollment process.
Step Six – Schedule Your Health Academy Wellness Activities
A dedicated health coordinator will work with your company to set up the Health Academy wellness activities. Chamber Health Plus members can receive a premium discount at renewal by meeting specific participation requirements through Health Academy activities.
