Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce | Denver, CO

Chamber Building Remodel

The Denver Metro Chamber building at 1445 Market Street is undergoing a complete remodel to better suit our members’ needs and create a collaborative, innovative environment that reflects the Chamber’s brand, history and impact on the community.

Project Details
Our Space is Green:
Most of the systems, dating back to 1987, have been updated with modern, energy efficient systems and we are seeking LEED Silver certification.

Our Space is Healthy: Our remodel supports a health-focused work environment, from opening up the stairwells to installing changing areas for those who might bike to the Chamber or exercise at lunch.

Our Space is Collaborative: Every corner of this updated space is designed to encourage dialogue and discussion—from huddle rooms and open air lobby areas, to an expandable board room and space that opens to the Colorado outdoors.
