WHAT:
The Manager Summit is a day-long, interactive training designed for all levels of managers. Participants will attend engaging workshops facilitated by qualified session hosts, to learn concrete, how-to tactics to improve their managerial skills in different areas of management. Participants will walk away with action steps and methodologies for immediate implementation in the areas of budgeting, hiring, performance reviews, legal issues, and much more. Attendees interested in ongoing training can by applying for the Manager Exchange program.
