With the newly-created program, CU Denver Boots to Suits, CU Denver is teaming up with the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce to assist highly-trained and well-educated veterans as they move from the classroom to a career.

The Chamber’s flagship program offers executives and directors from non-competing industries an exclusive forum to share ideas, discuss best practices and problem-solve on current business challenges.
This exclusive Chamber member program is for individuals who show promise as the future leadership of metro Denver. Participants will gain valuable knowledge about the Chamber, have the opportunity for high-level networking, gain access to exclusive programs and more.
Gold Member Alliance Program (GMAP) offers Gold members access to a program that facilitates and fosters relationship marketing, business development and strategic positioning through business partnerships built on trust and respect.
Participants attend Leads Group to meet reliable vendors, establish a corporate network, increase company visibility, educate others about their products and/or services and, ultimately, increase sales.

The Manager Exchange program helps managers at any level grow professionally in all areas of management. This program provides a confidential forum of peers to discuss mutual challenges and to share best practices among fellow business managers.

The Manager Summit is a day-long, interactive training designed for all levels of managers.Participants will attend engaging workshops facilitated by qualified session hosts to learn concrete, how-to tactics to improve their managerial skills in different areas of management.

Leadership Development Programs

Through a series of initiatives and programs, the Denver Metro Leadership Foundation, an affiliate of the Chamber, provides opportunities for both recognized and emerging leaders to work collaboratively on issues of regional importance.
A two-day leadership program designed to engage senior-level executives with the people, places and issues of the Denver Metro area.
A campaign to inform business and civic leaders about our progress related to key regional issues and to inspire increased civic engagement to resolve these issues.

The City-to-City Leadership Exchange (LEX) brings Denver’s prominent business and civic leaders together to discuss the innovations and best practices of a city facing relevant business and policy issues.
Pairs inspirational, established leaders with mid-career professionals, exposing them to a wealth of experience that can be leveraged in their own careers.
