Teresa Taylor is a telecom executive who brings integrity, focus, vision and agility to corporate leadership. In 2009 Teresa was named Chief Operating Officer of Qwest. Prior to this role, Teresa was Executive Vice President of the Business Markets Group. She currently serves as an Executive Advisor to Governor John Hickenlooper for the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade. In addition, Teresa serves on the boards of directors for NiSource, a Fortune 500 energy company, and First Interstate BancSystem, a financial services holding company. She is also a board member for several local nonprofit organizations.
