.jpg) Rob Cohen is the Chairman and CEO of The IMA Financial Group, Inc., a diversified financial services company which is currently comprised of three primary businesses. Cohen is also the Chairman Emeritus of the Metro Denver Sports Commission. A native of Kansas, he received his bachelor's degree in risk management and finance from the University of Texas at Austin. He earned his Charter Property Casualty Underwriters designation (CPCU) and is a graduate of Leadership Denver and 50 For Colorado. He is a 17-time participant in the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation's City-to-City Leadership Exchange program. Cohen was recognized as the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce "Chamber Champion" award in 1994 and the Leadership Denver Alumni Association's "Outstanding Alumnus" award in 1996. He was included in Colorado Business Magazine's "Colorado Emerging Leaders" in 1997 and Denver Business Journal's "Forty Under Forty" in 1999.

Don Richards is owner of The Richards Financial Group, a company providing insurance, investments and employee benefits to small- and mid-sized businesses and individuals. He has been an active member and volunteer of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce since 1984. His involvements at the Chamber include new member orientations, numerous committees, GMAP and CEO Exchange. He is a past member of the Chamber's board of directors and executive committee. Richards is a graduate of Leadership Denver and Legacy Denver and has been a delegate on Leadership Exchange and Colorado Experience. He received his MBA from the University of Denver.
